Close call but I say if convection persists yes.

What do all here think.Will we see the hurricane #14 of this superhistoric season?

I am thinking it has a shot of being a Hurricane with in the next 24 hours if not sooner!

14 hurricanes? Heck, there's been some seasons where we haven't even reached 14 TDs! Goodness.

if it keeps building its CDO like it is now it could be nearing Hurricane strength by 4am!
