What do yall think of the cloud mass crossing Yucatan right now? What is it? Any chance of development in BOC?

That is diurnal heating convection that will weaken as the sun goes.

I think something may form in the Gulf or BOC sometime during the next 7-10 days, but I do not know if it will be directly related to what is now crossing the Yucatan.

Actually he was talking about the Bahama convection today, eventually maybe causing some weather in Florida.
