Another cyclone for western Pacific?

At 20 north/160 west a upper ull looks to have formed convection over it just like the M storm. So I would not be suprized if it became another one. Its moving westward.

According to Japan there is nothing at the surface yet. Also, the JTWC has not mentioned the system.
