estimate.. recon to my knowledge hasn't found anything remotely close to that.

no they dont make it up, but recon is fact, estimate is an estimate. Recon is still searching for a closed LLC and winds are no where near 30KTs at the surface

I guess you're talking about file name of the sat jpg?
