Eastern Pacific system at 15.5/114 is developing

This system is becoming organized fast tonight...With inflow moving into the cdo. I think this will be Kristy at this rate. Also another at 105 west.

Umm...Holy Crap? Did the 2005 Atlantic Hurricane Season ghost get lost and ended up in the 2006 Eastern Pacific Season? Jk.

The Epac just keeps getting more active!
