We saw with Ernesto that the Eastern Caribbean TUTT low finally started to migrate west. We expect the TUTT low to do this late in August. So is it gone for the rest of the season now?
I see some kind of ULL NE of the Leeward islands that looks to be moving SW. Is it trying to replace the TUTT low that was there originally?
