when will 3-d images of hurricanes be available?

I want pictures of hurricanes but it would also help to disect normal afternoon storm. ABCactionnews/wfts has TITAN and i think its just amazing.
if these images are available now, where?

Do you mean the fly by things that TV weathercasters use?


They lose something in accuracy IMO.

I don't remember those. Fox 26 here in Houston has been showing a 3-D version of it's new radar and IMO it's just annoying. You can't really see where the precip is.

That shown there was little southern eyewall to ivan? Maybe in 20 years we will have these toys.

20 years? We will have these "toys" much sooner then that. 6 years from now is more likely. You mean real time images and loops in 3-D right?
