AN AREA OF CONCENTRATED CLOUDINESS WITH EMBEDDED STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS HAS PERSISTED FOR THE PAST 12 HOURS ABOUT 775 MILES
SOUTH OF HILO...HAWAII. THE AREA APPEARS TO BE NEARLY STATIONARY.
THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR SOME SLOW DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THIS AREA
DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.

Whoa, first time I've seen a TWO reference the invest number.

TROPICAL DISTURBANCE 99-C IS CENTERED NEAR 7.3N AND 153.9W...OR
ABOUT 850 MILES SOUTH OF HILO...HAWAII. UPPER LEVEL WINDS ARE
FAVORABLE FOR SHORT TERM DEVELOPMENT.
