Tropical Weather Outlook
Statement as of 11:30 am EST on November 3, 2006
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico...
Disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity...associated with a
weak area of low pressure near the southeast coast of Belize...
remains disorganized. Tropical cyclone development is not expected
due to proximity to land. However...locally heavy rainfall remains
possible during the next day or so across the Yucatan Peninsula...
Belize...Guatemala...and Honduras as the system drifts west-
southwestward. These rains could cause life-threatening flash
floods and mudslides especially over mountainous terrain.
Elsewhere...tropical storm formation is not expected through
Saturday.

Nor'easter, maybe?
Probably... it transitions it from warm core to cold core.
