Looks like a LLC is developing near 9 north/38 west. It appears to be still be mostly a sharp wave but about ready to close off. Meaning not yet a westly winds on the southern part. But convection and MLC is organizing fast. Overall shear doe's not appear to be strong. Looks like I maybe was wrong about this system.
