Why 96E if the last one was 97E?

I dont know if anyone noticed,that they jumped from 95E to 97E and skipped 96E.That may be why they are now putting 96E.

So beautiful! The Navy site has it as Noname already. Where did this one come from? There wasn't anything yesterday that I know of.
