The new cimss site looks nice but you will need to have an updated browser to use it. The Regional Real-Time Products has pull down menus for each region making the info much more easy to obtain.

Thats the only site that came up for me. The one that is in the pic that is.

Latest versions of Netscape (8.x and higher) actually use the Internet Explorer and Mozilla (Firefox) engines. I very rarely ever run into a web site that doesn't work with Netscape any more. IE is just too dangerous to use on a regular basis (too many vulnerabilities for web sites to put nasty codes on your PC). And as I type this reply, I notice my Netscape 9.0b2 spell checks every word as I type it. Had a few typos Netscape pointed out that I corrected.
