Suppose i'd bring this up....seems like thunderstorms are flaring in response to the interaction with the ULL north of PR....the tstorms have been quite persistent all night....probably the best prospect right now for development (which is sad).

It is pretty dead out there in the Atlantic. Maybe this could be a repeat 99L with another 800 pages.

Yeah, why should we be talking about features in the Tropics on a message board like this?

Agreed that it is just a complex of storms, but the twist is being enhanced by other features, and on occasion, a tropical system can develop. Sure it is highly unlikely, but since there are no current storms, why not discuss possibilities?

Not sure if this is the wave you all are talking about, but it caught my eye yesterday morning. This morning, cyclonic turning is clearly seen on visible.
