Some type of explanation, even if wrong, would make for a much better experience here. At least put some thought into it.

I would hardly say it as a dumb forecast. IF you go in and read their reasoning you could hardly say it is dumb as they have thoroughly researched and spent quite a bit of time on. That hardly qualifies as dumb or deserves such reference. While they may end up being wrong, at least is was well thought out and a lot of time invested in coming up with it.

The updated Hurricane Alley landfall forecast holds as much validity at this point as anyone's. Let's let the post season verification determine its relative merits.
