When and where will Dean form?

I say just inside the lesser Antilles....E Caribbean. Pushes west and hits Belize as a Cat 3. Dies in Mexico.

Something tells me that this year is going to be somewhat 2005-like in that the waves that roll off Africa will be suppressed initially, then develop further down the road.

My guess - August 9 - central Atlantic. Becomes the first hurricane of 2007 and remains at sea.

Sometime after August 11th because my inlaws and bil and his family are coming down here and whenever they come a hurricane comes soon after their visit. (Ivan) And that was the last time they were here. Okay I know I am being supersitutious here.
