It looks like it is trying to make a come back. Look down at the botton of the loop and you can see it.

I don't think I would write it off so fast just yet. It is still going to the south.
Did they kill 95L off to fast?

96L is moving away now so maybe that is why old 95L is trying to make a come back. It is still going south. If it does it will go on out to sea with 96L
