This wave behind 91L looks good, but do you guys think it has a chance to develop or will it fizzle out like the rest of these waves this year?

Its been holding its convection since this morning and it sorta looks better, then 91L.
Any one think it will trail behind 91L?
Do you think this wave have a chance.

I think it's too close to 91L to do anything. If 91L does indeed develop then it may absorb it.

Re:
The satellite presentation really makes you wonder, but the real question is what effect this wave and 91L are having on each other. Is this wave slowing 91L's development? Is there a chance it will keep 91L from amounting to much at all?

unfortunately, i dont have an answer ..however, the 210am MWD from the NHC mentions that the 1010mb low at 12n(91L) has separated from its parent wave along 43w and is now moving north....it is still considered to be a candidate for development, but how will that track affect the next vigorous wave along 25w??......rich
