Ingrid: In September, no good swirl goes to waste

See here.

As Ingrid's remnant swirl moves across the 29.5c isotherm and under the upper-level divergence zone downstream of the upper-level low near Haiti, conditions should become conducive for rejuvination, and rather quickly, methinks. Already it appears the eastern semi-circle is beginning to fire up despite the impending diurnal minima.
