12Z GFS develops the wave exiting Africa this afternoon. In fact it brings it west the next 7-10 days and across the islands...

Re: Wave exiting Africa..
Any other year and I would be "excited" about it. Not this year. Will have to see it with a 10 mile wide eye and a perfectly round, red CDO to believe it. Know what I mean?
All frustrations with faltering systems aside, it is still very much hurricane season and WHEN the current hostile pattern flips, there could be issues...anyone with any sense can certainly understand that line of thinking. Good post/thread Vortex- glad people are keeping an eye east!

I agree hurricanetrack. I'm not going to track this because the cape verde season is over as far as I'm concerned. Nothing what so ever can get pass the tutt even if it where to form. The next cape verde system will likely form in 2008, and which case a more formed La nina with more control over the Atlantic will of hopefully formed by then.
