Bill Dry air and shear

I do not think Bill will achive hurricane strength. To much dry air to the south and west. The convection is having a hard time wrapping around the now naked LLC. Bill is also having a hard time with shear. Look at the floater vis loop. Clouds start to build around center then get sheared off to the west. What are your thoughts?
