I am concerned tha that the center postion will be well to the NE when the recon flies in. More like 24.2 90.9...

There may be multiple centers of vorticity (and/or a reformation closer to the convection) ... until one can consolidate itself into a single entity, rapid intensification is totally out of the question ...

Right now, it's energy is being used to gather itself ...
