AVN and the UKie are very unimpressed with this, given apparent forward speed. But excellent agreement trend this is a 4-7" rainstorm across the SE CONUS. In fact, the Eta (not shown) brings a back door front through the Mid-Atlantic that tandems with the Ridge to keep precip heavy and mostly confined along and south of progged track of storm.

sorry for delay...beta software issues popped up when storm changed from Invest to named storm. Kinda making this up as we go along.

This is going to be a fun storm to watch... but unfortunately, it looks like it's going to bring some significant rainfall over much of the Southeast! :o

Right Colin....just what we DON'T need in Georgia and Alabama....and even worse, just in time to ruin the 4th of July...rain on our parade :(

Believe me, there's nothing sadder than soggy fireworks :D
