Tropical storm warning from High island to Pascagoula Miss

This is the 5 Pm advisory that goes up on the winds now to 45 mph and the windfield extends 175 miles east of the center.So now the now warnings are extended more to the east from high island Texas to Pascagoula Mississippi.

Thanks for the update Luis. Looks like La and Ms could be some of the hardest hit. My concern still remains around New Orleans.

It shifted a little east. I think I'm safe from this one even though I'm in the tropical storm warning.

I'm in the clear. Wow at least I had a ride with TS watch for 5 hours. My excitement for 2003.

Don't totally let your guard down. Never know when Bill might change his mind. Look at it as a good drill at least.
