The lastest 850mb theta-e data (from 12Z, 8:00 AM ET/7:00 AM CT) doesn't indicate a theta-e ridge toward Texas, Louisiana or anywhere for that matter, thus Tropical Storm Bill should at least slow down, become nearly staionary or even stall for a time, which indeed makes the turn to the right more interesting.
Forecast models are taking the center of "Bill" to the NE and then eventually E over the southeastern United States.

Hey Rainband how'd ya like that little storm we had last night. Hope all got thru safe!
Well Rainband, just thank God that it is only the laundry room, it could be worse. I need to put up a whole new roof real soon. I hope and pray that I can make it thru this season without any problems.
Can you patch that area to get you thru?
