The euphforia for invests a thing of the past?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

True...but potential for development in a climatological hot spot that favors storms being pulled north or northeast towards Florida this time of year...with fresh memories of infamous October storms in the same area...

...even if all we have is a minor low pressure here...is enough to produce something that we have been missing the last few weeks....excitement of potential...by this afternoon this may have fizzled, but this morning, it is exciting..and judging by the number of readers of the 94L thread, I am not alone!

I think I agree with some of the other posters. I don't believe any of these invests will develop, and based on the conditions, I don't have any reason to believe otherwise...Earlier in the season I was all excited. So far, I don't see anything on the horrizon developing that many posters on here said would once we hit October and November. I stand by my prediction of the season ending early, and so far, looks like it will, as conditions get worse and worse...

conditions are forecast to become more favorable...not worse...for this invest...get a system in the right place at the right time....let's see what happens...this season has already produced 2 cat 5's in the western caribbean...the shear and dry air that have dominated east of the system don't sound like they will be the players they have been with other systems....this could fizzle for sure, but it is appearing to meet some key criteria that would seem to favor development.

UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE GRADUALLY BECOMING MORE FAVORABLE AND SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS AS IT REMAINS NEARLY STATIONARY. ANOTHER AIR FORCE HURRICANE HUNTER MISSION IS SCHEDULED TO INVESTIGATE THE AREA ON MONDAY.

Great comments from all about this theme.

I have a feeling invest 94L is going to generate quite a bit of buzz on the boards today....it is in a climatological spot that makes people here in South Florida take notice...

Well not quite yet. When the system start to look like it will develop,NHC sends the plane, then things will pick up.
