Tropical Storm Risk July Forecast=15/8/4

They released this July forecast today the 4th.These folks in the Uk know a bunch about the tropics and they haved been on average good in the past years forecasts.The forecast is on pdf form.

Yep pretty similar to their previous forecast for 2008 and very close to many other forecasts, also ACE of 136 is high as well, close to 1989 I believe.
