E Caribbean preparations / observations thread

It has been good to have the thread as there are many members that live in the Eastern Caribbean islands that can report what is going in their areas.Because its not known if the system would develop or not before it gets closer to land these threads are made for the purpose of information and for the members living in the track to report observations.Also,it has not to be a Tropical Cyclone to do damage to the islands as tropical waves can cause floods and mudslides,as the one here in Puerto Rico that caused 85 deaths in October,1985 in a mudslide caused by a tropical wave.

The best example IMO was a wave in Haiti that killed about 2,000 in May-June 2004 (and may have played a role in the Jeanne catastrophe there).
