Maybe something homegrown brewing in Bahamas

#1 Postby boca » Sat Jul 26, 2008 2:35 pm

I see that this area in the Western Bahamas is part of a trough but over time maybe it might get its act together. Pressures are high over there as of now.I will watch this area with interest since its just east of Florida.

Looks disorganized, and not a lot of model support.

I don't expect anything, but it can't hurt to watch.

I can make out a mid-level circulation, if it persists and deepens it could be a player.

Looks like afternoon storms. But, if it persists for awhile, something could develop.

Pleeeeeeze, don't let this thing develop this week. I'm leaving at 5am and driving to Orlando to bring my son to MMI. We cannot postpone this trip and it's very important to him. We are bringing the laptop so I'll keep an eye on this.
