I know this is part of the east coast trough, but when Edouard formed it was off a trough that dropped in the GOM,which moved west and struck upper Texas. This looks like a simular situation but off of Florida's east coast.I'm watching this area for organization,it might pinch off and move west.Just an hypothesis and a feeling.
