NHC Website

Hi All, I've noticed that today June 30, the NHC website is in "backup or testing mode". Do any of you know what they might be doing? I find it odd that this would have to be done during the actual Hurricane Season. Wouldn't it have made more sense to do this in January?

Why? I would guess they are performing traffic and load tests to make sure they're ready for the season ahead. Nothing's going to form overnight, there aren't even any invests. :)
