1 year today since Gustav

#1 Postby cajungal » Tue Sep 01, 2009 9:08 am

1 year today that Gustav made a direct hit on the Houma area. and we evacuated to Alabama in 16 hour gridlock traffic. and the start of no power for 11 days. could of been a lot worse. we had only minimal damage. and just had to replace our roof. it could of been a lot worse if it would of stayed the monster cat 4 everyone was fearing for the Houma area.

IDK about everyone else, but in the beginning I was very worried about Gustav. Fortunately for our friends in LA he did lose some of his punch before coming in.
