EPAC systems
Just a quick question. Whats the possibility of the EPAC systems moving into WPAC?

Not very high. The last EPac-forming storm to make it to the WPac was Hurricane/Typhoon John in 1994. This is because there's just a lot of ground to cover, and all the conditions must be right such that the storm doesn't weaken and die during its journey westward.
CPac to WPac crossovers are slightly more common, but are also rare. The last one was Hurricane/Typhoon Ioke in 2006.

Re: EPAC systems
If you mean sustained, John and Ioke were the last two to do so. If this also means storms that were weakening, then John wasn't the most recent for the EPac. Jimena in 03 was, and it died soon after reaching the WPac.
