Thanks To All You Pro Mets For Your Contributions!

#1 Postby ConvergenceZone » Thu Jul 08, 2010 7:30 pm

I just wanted to take the time and thank all of the Pro Meteorologists who take the time out of their busy schedules to posts on these forums during hurricane season... I'm still blown away at the amount of contributions we get from all the Pro mets here. Many of these contributions have included long descriptions and analysis as these storms develop. It not only shows their passion for weather, but also their kindness in contributing this information to the forums.

I don't think you realize how much you are appreciated!

So Thanks again, this board wouldn't be the same without you!

What a great thread! :D

Storm2k wouldn't be where we are now without our pro mets. The knowledge that they have passed on throughout the years has been invaluable.

Thanks Stephanie, I would hate for the Mets to think about leaving feeling they weren't appreciated. Unfortunately there are probably people here that take them for granted.....But if they dissapeared, I bet you they'd miss them.

I actually thought this would have been a really active thread. There must have been a thread on it previously created... Sorry for creating it and being redundant.

You can delete it.

I totally agree CZ, we really would be lost I think without the pros, and actually without some of the more experienced non-pros as well out there.

I wholeheartedly concur with your sentiments Convergence. Not only am I thankful for the pros, but they are very patient with people when they have questions and help to explain things. They truly exemplify the "pro" label in their title. :) I am glad that they are here.

Thank you all!!!

I am glad that they are here as well, and they help out a lot with helping people continue to learn about meteorology and trying to understand some points that are a bit challenging.

There's not much more that can be said. The Pro Mets on this site do one hell of a job of keeping us informed.
