Sal is considerably weaker than a couple of weeks ago and it should continue to gradually decline. I believe that with a strong enough wave exiting the African coast, then we could see it spin up. That's why I believe we'll get our first taste of eastern Atlantic activity in about a week.

Looks like August and September will be a very busy with long trackers.The SAL had been pretty persistent over the past few seasons
