The vortex mentions "chaotic winds in the center." I guess that means the LLC isn't too well formed?

Erika is struggling a little this morning, but I would expect her to start a steady climb in strength later today. Outflow and banding is well established on the N side and is setting up on the S side. She should reach minimal CAT1 prior to landfall just N of Brownsville, TX tomorrow morning.
