12z UKMET likes the 1st and the 3rd wave

Develops the first wave somewhat ... but REALLY likes the 3rd wave towards the end of the 5 day run that comes off of Africa.

wow, instant hurricane right off the coast.. lol. i wonder if such a thing could happen...
