San Juan NWS discussion = 2 separated systems

There is not one wave but 2 separated features and that is why no invest so far has been up I think.Until one becomes dominant if ever does so nothing will happen in terms of it developing but rain for the islands is the sure bet.

That makes sense. Interesting, too. :) I believe we will have an Invest soon enough.
