T numbers for Fabian=5.5 Major cane Grace=2.0

My goodness Fabian with that 5.5 T number is now a major cane.And with 2.0 may be classified as TS Grace later this afternoon.

This is the chart that shows the winds depending on the T number and look where Fabian is in that chart. :o
