That's certainly a region to watch for late-season development. But what you can't see on satellite is that there is a big high pressure area over the Yucatan and NW Caribbean, resulting in moderate easterly flow at most levels above the wave. This means that it won't have a chance to pull up out of the SW Caribbean. It will just track westward into Central America in a day or so.
