In the Atlantic Hurricane Fabian continues strengthening and moving Westward and has now become a Major CAT 4 hurricane with winds of 135mph and gusts to 160 mph. Will he become a threat to the US? Will Fabian become a historical CAT 5 hurricane? Check it all out at the above link.
