Major NAM "Upgrade" Tuesday Oct. 18th

Previously, all "upgrades" seem to have made the NAM perform worst down south (Gulf Coast) and in the Tropics. I guess we'll see if this will really be an upgrade over the next year.

Perhaps it will do better for the tropics.
