I have a question for anyone still awake lol...

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Will TD 12/Henri.. strengthen by 2 am or by 5 am..? I doubt 2 am, but maybe get bumped up to at least 35 mph by 5... Please forgive me if that sounds unorthodixly ludicrous but it's my opinion...

I also think SPC should consider putting tornado watches up before Henri goes on shore.. The longer he sits.. the more energy he may pull up.. Henri the 8th could be quite an interesting storm if he strengthens even a little before he comes on shore Friday..

IMO, Henri will just barely make TS status. BARELY might be generous. After some initial dry air being punched in, a large convective cluster from the Yucatan may get entrained into the system and at the same time, some of the shear may relax just enough for a minimal tropical storm.
