Thanks for the update, Luis. I am concerned for those who are in the path of TD 12/Henri because many of these areas have already had too much rain recently. The rains from a slow moving TD/TS could create very serious flooding.

Shear is currently exposing the Center of TD12. If it wasn't for the shear, this could be one troublemaker :o

This storm will be trouble for FL GA NC SC for anouther 8 days .


Wouldn't suprise me if it was a cane after it crosses over FL .
