The frontal boundary draped along the South Carolina in combination with Henri's indirect effects have already combined for 4"-9" of rain ... this, just since midnight in Charleston County. However, this was confined along the coastal regions, and for the month of August, it was quite dry in those regions. So far, no major flooding problems, and barely a few reports of minor flooding. However, since there's relative uncertainty if Henri will stall or not, and also in combination of the wedge in South Carolina in place, and also s/w's riding along the stalled out boundary will cause quite a headache along the South Carolina coast.
