Good post, tropicalweatherwatcher.

Note that in 1953 Edna hit Bermuda ... in 1968, the name reappeared only to be omitted and it was presumed retired ...

In 1954, Carol was retired but the name reappeared 11 years later to denote a storm and never was used again.

I am still confused about one thing, was Lili retired or not. I know at first it seemed she was replaced by Laura but now her name is back on the 2008 list? :?

Lili was retired after all ... a replacement name is forthcoming and will be announced soon ...
