tropical transition in Mediterranean cyclone?

That is very interesting to see. Is someone meaning a weather office talking about it in that area?

Sab Noaa began last year thereafter, to Have classified Tropical Storm 01M (Rolf), but was stopped after a few months (because lack of funds, they said ..)
