SUBJECT: TROPICAL CYCLONE PLAN OF THE DAY (TCPOD)
VALID 08/1100Z TO 09/1100Z SEP 2003
TCPOD NUMBER.....03-098

I. ATLANTIC REQUIREMENTS
1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
2. OUTLOOK FOR SUCCEEDING DAY.....NEGATIVE.
3. ADDITIONAL DAY OUTLOOK: PROBABLE 6-HRLY FIXES OF HURRICANE
ISABEL STARTING AT 11/0600Z NEAR 55W.

Seems like Isabel should be close to or past 50 W by then.
