Ummmmm...
I think Henri is moving slowly northeast. Any comeback is looking very slow on my watch. It might still not be a tropical storm and if so, it's very weak. Looks more puny to me. It's the canadian high pressure moving in from the north and Henri getting closer together where the pressure gradient kicks in, which is the bigger story. By late Monday into Tuesday, keep an eye on the winds off the NC/VA coast. 30-40 mph winds are possible, but this is a gradient wind and thus strong small craft advisories and possibly a few gale force gusts. But that's about the worse this thing will bring to the southern mid atlantic coast. In addition waves and rip currents!!!
