If one sees that at 5PM it was at 15.2 N and now at 11PM its at 16.1, but at closer inspection at 5PM it was probably somewhere at 15.8N or maybe 15.9N.. This is due to the eye being track on the southern side, so it is heading on a more westerly direction and tomorrow should prove this point. Also, it went at 120 hrs from 19.5N to 20.5N again this is due to relocation.
I still belive it will be around 19.5 if the westward trend verifies. But time will tell....

No I wouldn't get too excited about the re-location at this point and the northerly movement. She's starting to head WNW and will get going on a more westerly heading tomorrow as she gets under the ridge. You can see it beginning to build in the Atlantic on the loops as Fabian departs and anticyclonic flow is shoing up now. It's gonna get real interesting this weekend!! nite!!
