EURO continuing to hint as an EC threat...

#1 Postby Stormsfury » Mon Sep 08, 2003 8:32 pm

EURO continues the idea of heading Isabel west and even a little south of due west early in the period and makes a beeline westward until reaching the SE Bahamas and at the end of the period begins to make a curve towards the WNW. It's a very unsettling idea...

The 500mb heights are no less unsettling as the EURO continues to show quite a ridge in the Western Atlantic which keeps Isabel west until just after the period ends ... unfortunately I do not have the access to view the day 8, 9 and 10 runs, just the 3 day average. But there's just enough of a weakness that Isabel could make it's way up through.

IMHO, the EC is on notice ...
